A new research has recently hit the headlines of all leading media agents and has come up with a mind blowing theory.

According to the new study, technology freaks often go 48 hours without talking to anyone in person. They are completely in the silent mode and withdraw in their own world without any verbal contact with human beings. This kind of personality disorder can be termed as digitally dominant group that mostly communicates by text, email, or video calls.

Around 3% of people fall in this category.

This disorder is spelling the death knell for all social interaction and hampering the personal relationships and causing issues in the actual interpersonal skills for all addicts to gadgets and gaming.

The research has also proved that the adults in this digitally dominant group hate shopping and human interactions.

This digitally dominant group just absolutely dislikes the idea of spoken communication, they also hate to speak and will always insist on communicating using the technological tools.

This research was conducted on a sample audience of 1000 people and nearly 16% were classified as digitally dominant group which an alarming number was considering the vast population, thus giving rise to a new type of personality disorder.

You respiratory system decides the longevity of your health. Therefore, it becomes very significant for you to recognize most common respiratory disorders and their symptoms to stay attentive and take an action as soon as you sense these symptoms. Take a sneak-peak at these respiratory disorders for better understanding:

Asthma: Asthma today has become like cough and cold. It is the most common respiratory disorder seen in many individuals. Asthma could be due to wide range of allergens, reaction from drugs, infection and air pollution. Most asthma patients are provided inhalers to cope up with asthma. It can be avoided by staying away from pollutants like dust, smoke, pets and food additives.

Bronchitis: This is bacteria-related respiratory problem. The most evident symptom would be severe coughing. Patient can be relived from this virus with the help of bronchodilator drugs.

Lung disease: Emphysema, the most common lung infection caused due to inadequacy in the surface area inhaling oxygen and exhaling carbon dioxide. Breathlessness is the severity of this disorder. Proper treatment is needed to cure this lung infection.

Pneumonia: This is also bacteria-caused lung infection. Lungs become hard and air sacs are filled with inflammatory cells. Fever, headaches and chest pain are common symptoms of pneumonia.

Tuberculosis: Beware of this respiratory problem: if you are experiencing fever, weight loss, night fever, coughing and spitting of blood. You are suffering from tuberculosis. Start a treatment immediately or else it will be too late.

These are the most common respiratory disorder you need to take care of in the world of pollution and stress. Understand your body and sudden change in the respiratory system. Do not neglect your health.

Histrionic personality disorder is a disorder marked by behaviors designs for drawing attention towards oneself. Individuals suffering from this disorder want to remain the center of attraction all the time. Often they start showing up excessive and inappropriate emotional behaviors when they find themselves failing to remain the center of attraction. Below, we have discussed about the steps involved in treatment of histrionic personality disorder.

The first step of deciding the treatment for this condition is identifying the signs of the disorder. Some signs of histrionic personality disorder include continuous shifting of emotions, which are apparently shallow, physical appearances designed specifically for drawing attention, sexually suggestive behaviors etc.

If you notice this signs in a person you know, consult a psychiatrist. He will examine the symptoms in the patient and inform you whether they actually indicate histrionic personality disorder or not. Only a professional can make accurate diagnosis as several signs of this personality disorder surface and disappear based on the levels of stress experienced by the patient.

Most cases of histrionic personality disorder are treated with individualized psychotherapy. This psychotherapy type is used as it is the most useful way of determining and isolating the factors causing histrionic personality disorder. The patient must be kept under proper care to ensure that the therapy causes gradual improvement in him.

The psychotherapist monitors the emotions and feelings exhibited by the histrionic personality disorder patient during the psychotherapy sessions. This allows them to understand the reasons behind the increased stress levels in them.

A mental health doctor should avoid recommending medications for treating histrionic personality disorder. There are instances when the anti-psychotic drugs have ended up aggravating the signs of this personality disorder.
