Sleep Apnea: Snoring problem!

Sleep Apnea is world wide sleep disorder, and in America only studies have reported, sleep apnea affects over fourteen million people. This sleep condition has character of having pauses while breathing during a person is sleeping and such pauses can last for period of 20-30 seconds. The sleep apnea episodes are recurring, and occur normally from 5 to 30 times in an hour itself and this as its consequence disrupts person’s sleep. Those with this sleep condition have a problem of snoring loudly, snort, and gasp for the breath even as trying to remain sleep. Sleep Apnea is more common in men and is also common in old age people, though women as well as children are known to suffer from this sleep disorder too.
Due to these natures of sleep condition, that is all while sleeping, people with sleep apnea are rather not generally aware of them having this sleeping disorder. Mostly after their marriage men comes to know about this sleep disorder [...]
